1) Order Processing

After you complete checkout and your payment is successfully confirmed, your order is queued for processing. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tip: If you want to match your funnel exactly, replace the processing time above with your official promise (for example: “within 48–60 hours you’ll receive tracking”).

2) Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@getmeltjaro.org.

3) Shipping Rates

4) Estimated Delivery Times

5) Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@getmeltjaro.org.

If your order has already shipped, we may be unable to change the address.

6) Missing, Lost, or Returned Packages

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office. If you still can’t locate it, email us within 7 days.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we may (at our discretion) reship the order or issue a refund (excluding shipping/handling fees, where applicable).

7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are typically the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

8) Shipping Delays

We do our best to ship quickly, but some delays are outside our control (weather, carrier issues, customs, high demand, etc.). Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
