1) Refund Window
We want you to feel confident trying Melt Jaro. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within [30 / 60 / 180] days of your purchase date.
2) Who Is Eligible for a Return / Refund?
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your request is submitted within the refund window stated above.
- You provide the required information so we can locate your order (see “How to Request a Refund”).
Non-Refundable Situations (Examples)
- Requests submitted after the refund window has expired.
- Orders that cannot be verified (no matching order record, missing details).
- Abuse of the policy, excessive chargebacks, or suspected fraud (we reserve the right to deny claims in such cases).
3) Do I Need to Return the Bottles?
In many cases, we do not require you to return opened bottles due to health and safety reasons. However, depending on the situation, we may ask for one of the following:
- A photo of the product(s) you received,
- A photo of the shipping label/packing slip, and/or
- Return of any unopened product (if applicable).
If a return is required, we will provide return instructions by email. Please do not send products back without receiving approval and instructions first.
4) How to Request a Refund

with the subject line: Refund Request.
- Full name used at checkout
- Email used at checkout
- Order number (if available)
- Reason for the request (optional, but helpful)
- We’ll review your request and may ask for additional details.
- If approved, we’ll confirm the refund amount and timeline by email.
5) Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary by bank and payment provider, but most refunds are reflected within 5–10 business days after approval.
Please note that shipping/handling fees (if any) may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error on our side.
6) Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getmeltjaro.org.
Please include photos of the package, the shipping label, and the product(s) so we can resolve the issue quickly. When confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the situation.
7) Chargebacks
If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact support before filing a chargeback. Many issues (like tracking questions or billing errors) can be resolved quickly. Chargebacks may delay resolution and can affect eligibility under this policy.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
